Please dear God, we need your guidance and help. Everyday seems to get worse. I want and try my best to wake up to a new and hopeful day but my situation seems to always take a turn for the worse. Our family is in financial stress and I do not see a light at the end of the tunnel. The bills keep coming in and my income has been reduced. I have been struggling with keeping up but it is very difficult. I lose sleep at night worrying about it and I go to work the next day and can’t focus or work because I am so tired. I am praying and need your help.

Dave,
I understand what you are going through. Every day the hole gets deeper and the light gets dimmer. One thing I always try to remember is God will provide. Somehow, He will help you through this. Maybe not with lots of money but with small ways to get you going one more day and each day that you survive is a gift.
I pray that you and your family get through this time and that things will get better soon.

Heavenly Father, Wonderful Counselor, Ultimate Provider, I pray financial blessings for Dave and his family. Give Dave favor with all peoples in authority at his job. Provide a way for Dave to have his current income increased so that he may care for his family. I ask Almighty that You will enable Dave and his family to confess any unconfessed sins so that their prayers will not be hindered. I ask Father God that You will destroy satan’s plans to bring destruction to Dave and his family. Help them to replace their worries and fears concerning their finances with Your peace. Thank You! Father that there is much security to be gained through the understanding that there is no problem or difficulty that cannot be resolved with Your help. Give Dave and his family patience and an increase in their faith in Your ability to see them through this storm.

P.S. Dave please continue to place God at the center of you and your family’s lives by way of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ which is where true happiness resides. God is a Good God and His love endures forever. He will not forsake you. You must find out what His promises are in His Word (the Holy Bible) and stand strong in those financial scriptures. Although it may see crazy to give to the poor in the situation your in, however if you do so God will bless you for reaching out to others who has a need such as yours or worse. When we do this we are planting seeds for God to bless us with the same fruit from those seeds planted. In the end, giving is about love. If we love God, we can give as He did, with focus, passion, faith, and love for the hurting and lost. In that way, giving isn’t frustrating. It’s powerful. And that’s why cheerful givers triumph—their giving is for Christ. May God Bless You and Your Family Richly.
