2008Pursue my studies in another country
I have to make an important decision and I am struggling/praying for wisdom and guidance. I have a chance to leave the country to pursue my studies. But i also feel i have so much to accomplish back home including starting a family. I feel that if i live i may have loose some very critical years, yet this may also be a chance of a lifetime. Please pray for me to make the right decision.

Hi Harri,
I am happy to join you in prayer to the Almighty God for your need:
Heavenly Father, Wonderful Counselor, Ultimate Provider, Gracious God, it seems that life is always requiring decisions. Sometimes everything in our lives are stable and settled, and then a new opportunity presents itself, and we feel unsteady and unsure of which way to go. At other times we become weary with stability and decide we want a change in our lives. I ask Almighty God that You would direct Harri in the way which he should go in the decision concerning his studies. I pray that You will guide Harri’s thoughts when he is searching through options for his future. Help Harri to be patient when the process is unfolding more slowly than he would want. Help him trust the spirit of intuition that You have given him as an aid for interpreting the signs that help him to move forward. Give Harri a spirit of risk and the faith to trust, so that he will try something new, speak something new. Remind him that even if he make a faulty decision, Your boundless grace will bring goodness to the decision he makes. I ask this for the sake of Your love.
Almighty Father, I pray that You will enable Harri, his family and friends to open their hearts to Your spirit of wisdom and revelation, have the eyes of their hearts enlightened, and know the hope of Jesus’ calling, the riches of the glory of his inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of his power towards those who believe. I ask that You will never allow the enemy to snatch Your Truth away from Harri, his family and friends. In the name of Jesus Christ, King of Kings, please hear and bless this prayer O Heavenly Father. Amen

P.S. Harri please place God at the center of your life by way of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ which is where true happiness resides. The love and compassion of our Lord is without bound. He understands our needs and our wants to a greater capacity then we ourselves understand. The more reliance and trust you develop in God, the easier it becomes to deal without fear or worry with the inevitable challenges life brings. It is not that you give up your self or your will to such a power; rather you simply learn that you can “let go” and turn to God when you feel stuck with a problem in living and don’t know how to proceed.
