Hard to live in San Diego with the outrageous housing costs. Bills are unpaid and we live frugely with no car payment or cable or anything “extra”…..just the necessities. Yet our money disappears more and more to the point where we can’t tithe anymore. To make matters worse, we are being sued for $10K plus by Ford Motor Credit. Long story short is that we made a bad decision and bought a car we couldn’t afford (thought we could at the time) and ended up surrendering the vehicle. They resold it and came after us for the difference. We can’t afford to pay attention much less a lawyer for help. We know of no recourse and they are unwiliing to settle with us. I am afraid of my wages being garnished. I have a wife and 9 month old daughter. PLEASE HELP!!!
