Cherish all the support and love you have and remember that you if have those great things (like your relationship with your gf) is because you must be a good person.
Remember when you were little and used to see the things with innocence and without holding any anger against anyone (including yourself), and, even though now that you’ve grown up and passed through several things (some tough situations, sad experiences, and difficult obstacles) you’ve been able to stay humble and ask for help/support. Try to forgive everyone (…including yourself).
I don’t mean that you are now an angry man or anything, but the complete opposite: For what I can tell from your message, you must be a great person with a strong will, great determination, and definitely someone that can do anything he puts his mind into.
Be grateful for the things you have and for what you’ve been trough, so you can see everything in the most positive/optimistic way possible. Go outside, look at the sky and take a deep breath, because I wish for you to find support, happiness and hope in every breath you take.
