Son’s anxiety/fear
I pray that my son Brooks will be delivered from his anxiety and fear. He took marijuana and cough syrup at college and it has triggered extreme anxiety in him. May God grant me peace in a word that no windows of tranquility seem to exist in anymore. May I find inner peace within my mind and my soul. I long to be who I was but better, I long to avoid who I may be if I can’t shake this sickness and anxiety. They say the lord gives you no more than you can handle and I must admit I believe that. I find myself often than not talking to God. And while he does not answer, his presence is felt. I have walked the streets of wheeling at 2 pm in a rage of panic and anxiety..talking with God has helped me. I used to think “why would god help me”? I find it is best not to think of God on your own level, in a normal human form with the traits we have. Life is life..this world is this world. I will get by.
