Prayer for my family members

Please pray for my family members. All my siblings do not go to Church, neither do they have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

My nephew Sammy has a swollen cheek which is giving him temperature and fever. It is not responding to medicine. That God will have mercy on him. The parents quarrel very violently. The mother earns a huge amount of money but the father is not working and sits on the telly the whole day watching wrestling. He has grown so fat and extremely rude. The wife also abuses him in front of people and confides in her househelp. The househelp has become the owner of that home and is the final authority. She had been chased away and there was so much peace. Since she came, the marriage is in shambles. The wife feels very secure when the girl is there. Whenever she is there, strange things happen. My brother drinks very heavily and my sister in law abuses him and uses very bad language on him.

2 brothers who are in depression. One sleeps the whole day and the other one is extremely rude.

Sisters married to spouses who estrange them from everybody in the family. My sisters stopped talking to all of us and take huge loans from the banks and they end up paying everything.

For my teenage daughter Vero who has really changed. She is 14 and suddenly her grades have gone down and she hates the school where she is. I am a widow and saved and it hurts me so much. That God will intervene on behalf of my family and also provide financially. We are all going through a very difficult time financially.

Understanding, acceptance and deliverance

Oh, Lord God. I am troubled by attitudes of my marital family members. I am particularly troubled that conflicts that were theirs have now become mine so much that they consider me the conflict. Take these conflicts from me. How painful it is. Teach me to see myself, my child and my husband as you see the most beautiful part of us, not how these others portray us. There’s only one of me; I have felt that to please them, I should hate myself. Please transform these feelings. I have felt that as long as I am living, because I am married to my husband, that no happiness of any kind, especially the happiness of doing a good job or becoming close to God, will be mine. Please console the man that offered me a blessing the other day as I told him that no blessing will ever be mine. Please change the heart of my husband, as if I had smiled and accepted the blessing, I knew he would have cursed the source or questioned their authority -taking away the feelings of love and feelings of closeness to God and others in my heart.

I have lived under the pain of my marital family’s past and the attitudes that it has created. Please change their hearts. Especially, change my heart. Fill me with your love, joy, and purpose so that I will no longer see these conflicts as something I am supposed to have an opinion toward. Define me not in the mind of these others through these conflict, yet give them compassion to see that their choices have effected me so and to give me the conversation needed to heal. Give them the compassion for themselves that though the choices hurt, I am not saying that they are bad by being in emotional and social pain from them. It is just the result. Give my husband the compassion to know and to change his attitude and words as his words in any healing that I had wanted, especially at the early stage was pushed aside by him. Give me the compassion to change my thoughts and feelings toward my husband and his family.

Through all this, give me compassion toward myself and my birth family as my husband uses smaller conflicts in my birth family to compare and to make me feel that I have always been in terrible conflict and that there is no joy and no goodness in me – and that everyone thinks that I am mean.

Oh, God make me not take to heart the hurtful things he has said (and then denies). Oh, God make me not fling the same curses at him, to show him what he is doing and how much it hurts.

Take away my husband’s jealousy of you. When I come up with little things to honor you, Oh, God, let my husband be pleased by it and let us come closer together from it.

My hurt feelings are so great that I have screamed them for all to hear. Please take away my desire to scream and to fix this immediately. Please, God take these conflicts into your capable hands and make me clean and beautiful again.

Prayer for family members

Pray for two brothers who are in depression. That God will have mercy on them and surely deliver them. They are Philip and Simon.

For sisters and brothers who are not God fearing at all and never go to Church and the things of God do not excite them at all. Generally dull most of the time.

Daughter who was bright in class but now has dropped. She is a teenage. She gets frequent attacks of bronchitis and now her eyes are swollen, teary and red in colour. That God will deliver her.

For siblings who are living in marriage but not gone to Church to have their marriages blessed.

Rejection for all family members to be broken in Jesus name.

Favour at my new place of work.That I will shine for Jesus and make an impact for him.

Attacks from relatives who do not like our family and they practice witchcraft. That whatever means they use, they will never succeed in Jesus name.

I am moving to a semi permanent house this week. That God will surely intervene and be the Head of that home. That any attacks connected with new locations will never touch us and that God will speak very powerful in the new place where we will be going.

That our family will not have the problem of starting projects and never finishing. For my sister’s tissue culture business to pick up. Most of the people who gave out orders have been frightening her by telling her that they will pull out yet she has used so much money.

Firstly, please pray for that my mother was cheated by Mr. Kwong, Mr Ho, Hin Chai and Anna years before, she went to a company and worked as an Office assistant, but they cheated my mother, and compelled my mother to give her money out to them(they cheated my mother that the money was used for investment, and the investment was failured), and went away, thank God for that the policemen arrested Mr. Kwong now, but the Mr. Ho , Hin Chai and Anna were still not arrested, please pray for that God can help the policemen in the investigation, and find the evidence to accuse the Mr. Kwong and his helper in the judiciary court, thank God for that the policemen sent us several letters till now about that the investigation is in the progressing, please pray for that God can move their heart, Mr. Kwong , Mr. Ho, Hin Chai and Anna will regret about that they cheated my mother, and they can have pity on my mother , and return the money back to my mother , thank you.

Secondly, (1) Please pray for that I can improve my working efficiency, and please pray for and thank God for that God can protect my family members and I will not to be hurt by my workmates and supervisors in order that I can have psychological health during working and I will have a stable job to preach the gospel after my contract due, and pray for and thank God for that I will not be suffered in the marital problems in my job, please pray for that I can further my contract, please pray for that God can help me to make my every effort in keeping my job, please pray for that God can protect my job – which is as a Contract Office Support Assistant, I need this job very much, please pray for that God can have mercy upon me, please pray for that God can help me to tackle with the wrong I make in my job, include (a)I break a pen when I feel very stressed and I hit on my head on 24 OCT 2007 when I feel stressed (please pray for that God can keep the health of my head), (b)I touch on a circuit, (c)I write on attendance book late , (d) They say that I use a sharp things to cut into my skin in order that I can keep on pray, (e) They said that I had not eat rice during lunch hour and eat in the toilet room, (f)I distribute the gospel pamphlets, (g)I knee down & stand up to pray in the office, (h)I carelessly damage a machine used to cut paper, (i)My colleague said that she will accuse me in the court if I do not keep on eat psychological medicines on 1 March 2008, (j)My mistake in handling telephone call, (k) I carelessly hurt my colleague and myself while working, and other wrongs I made during working hours, etc., please pray for that God will forgive my fault and will not punish me about my fault, and I will not make this wrong or others again whole life times, and help me to keep the job after the end of my contract and further my contract for one more year, and please pray for and thank God for that I can have talent to do a job if I will not further the contract later, because I want to earn living for my family members, thank God for that now I have taken in the psychological medicines, please pray for that God can protect me from the side effect of psychological medicines, my mother will not place the psychological medicines into my food, I can forgive my family members if they place the psychological medicines into my food, and please pray for that my family members and I will not hurt by my bosses, and will not suffer a loss at the judgement day. and please pray for that my mother and I can use all our spare time (holidays) to study bible, distribute the gospel pamphlets and pray, so that we can have spiritual growth up and I can further my contract.

(2)Please pray for that my mother, brother, sister and I can have safety during working hour, please pray for that God can protect my family members and I to have a job , my brother will no feel ashame about his current job so that leave his job, please pray for that he can
accept his current job.

(3)Please pray for that my parents could have goood relationship between each other;

(4) Please pray for that I now use a sharp things to cut into my skin in order that I can keep on praying,

(5)Please pray for that I can restore my psychological health, because I am always blame myself about the sins I committed before, I am afraid that God will punish me about the sins I committed before, please pray for that I can have biblical mind to know will God punish me one day or not, so that I can live out good witnesses and have peace to face the punishment from God one day, and please pray for that God can forgive me.

(6) Please pray for and thank God for that I will not be suffered in the marital problems, so that I can seek the kingdom and the righteousness of God first, and have a spiritual growth up, and I will not regret about the decision I made in this marriage this life, that I will only choose the Christian girlfriend that was arranged by God, please pray for that if God had not prepare a Christian girlfriend for me, help me to keep alone whole life, so that I will not be hurt again in order that I can restore my psychological health and have a spiritual growth up.

(7)Please pray for that the son of my brother will not hurt himself, my brother and my sister will not be suffered in the marital problems, my sister can have good psychological health, and we can maintain a good relationship, we will not be hurt by the husband of my sister and the wife of my brother, so that my mother and I can help my sister and my brother to accept the Jesus.

(8)Please pray for that my computer can run well , and I can continue submit my prayer requests and study bible from the net, so that my mother and I can firmly believe in the bible, and we can have assurance of the salvation. And please pray for that we will not suffer a loss in the Lord’s Judgement Day, thank God for that I can keep on use mind or mouth to pray in the office, please pray for that God can keep my stomach health if I pray with fasting for too long time, and please pray for that God can keep me not to hurt myself if I undergo stress because I found some blood come out of my body nowadays, please pray for that God can keep me if I need to see a doctor, please pray for that God can help me not to bleeding inside my body and I can restore my health, and please pray for that I can not only keep on use mouth to pray in the office but also in the whole life time, God can keep my health when I pray too vigorous, and I can pray at mid-night , and my mother and I can go to the church where God prepared for us and donate our money there in the will of God, so that we can have spiritual growth up , please pray for that I can maintain a good psychological and body health, and can keep on pray with heart this life, and please pray for that I will not suffer from disease (such as heart disease) if I pray too vigorous.

(9)Please pray for that my family members and I can have place to live and food to eat and we can have safety in using electricity and fire, pray for my sister that she want to born a baby, please keep her health and baby’s health, and please pray for that we can apply for compassionate rehousing in God’s will, may God have mercy upon my family members.

(10) Please pray for that when I distributing the gospel pamphlets in the mainland China, the policemen come to me, and write down my Identity Card number, please pray for that God can help me to tackle with it.

(11) Please pray for that I hurt my skin in order to keep on praying, please pray for that I can keep on pray with hurt my skin and will not infected by the SARS or other viruses.

(12)Please pray for that my brother will not go on drinking the wine and gambling, and please pray for that when his wife want to divorce with him, he will not have some irrational thoughts, such as commit suicide or hurt himself or do some hurtful things . so that he will not be arrested by the policemen.

(13)Please pray for that my mother hurt her feet and she can restore her health;

(14)Please pray for that God can add my pain, so that I can be purified, and help me to have spiritual growth up, and please pray for that my family members and I will not be hurt by my colleagues, classmates, church members and friends include Christian colleagues, so that they can be helpful for me to live out a good witness before my family members, my grandmother, my father, my sister, my brother and my relatives can all accept the Jesus Christ, and my mother and I can have a spiritual growth up and can strenghthen our faith.

as i had submitted a prayer request yesterday saying about my marriage critical conditions. the boy’s parents are not agreeing. yesterday we had gone to thier house and evrthing seems ok. but they have told thier father and he didnt know about it earluier. he is kind of shocked now and today he has asked my family members to go and meet him. please give ur words to spaek god to my uncle and brother as they wil be going to thier house today. hope his father does nrt show any rude behaviour and erything is sorted out soon.as we want to marry but his parents are not ageeing. if his parents are not agreeing he will not go against his parents. will god solve this matter soon and hope his father undersatnd quicly and agrees for our marriage.

My life is bright and vibrant with gods love everyday in every facet of existense. The lord is teaching me patience and humility as of recently. My family feels more distant than ever. i have two close family members in need of immediate prayer. one is only seventeen and he was involved in an awful motorcycle accident. He struggles every day to get through surgery. He is in a drug induced coma and nearly every organ was somehow ruptured. By the grace of God his spine and brain are okay and he may live, but he will likely never be able to reproduce or perform sexually due to the massive damage to his pelvis. I have an amazing aunt who has multiple sclerosis, and being a degenerative disease, i have gone from seeing her playing tennis when i was just a kid, to now where i need to go to her apartment to lift her off of the ground on a regular basis. she cannot walk. she is in severe pain every day, and its only getting worse. I am 21, Im working my way through college, managing massive debts, growing in my relationship with god, learning and knowing him as a provider. recently in an answer to prayer, i was not only accepted to transfer and finish my upper division college work at a school i never thought i’d get into, i also received something in the mail from veterans affairs declaring they would waive my tuition fees until Im 27! Thank You Lord! I know it sounds ridiculous, but I am just so lonely sometimes. Since my relationship with god has grown, I just cant seem to find a romantic interest. All I want with my life is to honor god followed by a family and an amazing wife. My other half is missing and it hurts. I spend time and money on alcohol and marijuana far too often. I get so stressed out all the time and i use these things to escape. i know its not right, but it just makes my crazy life mellow out. when i smoke, i study, i play music, i ace tests, i keep myself together. when i drink, i dont lose control of myself. i dont get in trouble. i never have. i have smoked since i was about 13, even at my parents house, i never got caught, never got in trouble. Im up in the air about whether what im doing is right. I need a wider perspective. i need healing for my family. i need my other half. i need prayer. Its hard for me to go to church, i breakdown, and i dont have anyone to help me through whatever change needs to happen. i break down in church. the only religious friends i have moved away and got married. i feel like im sinking. Lord help me

My husband is addicted to pain pills. In order to get them he went into a family members house and got their pain pills. Now my husband is facing a criminal charge. he needs long term treatment for addiction. Please help us pray. We have a 6 year old daughter and it is very hard. He needs help for his addiction not a life long sentence in jail.

Our continued health, That Marriages might be restored, Salvation, restored!, Especially that I can continue to help my family in spite of my ailing health!, that all the monies owed for my Brothers care in his terminal condition might be paid and resolved and that I be relieved of the responsibility of caring for so many family members wo seem not to care about me!, That I can be stong in the Lord!
