The test results will be known in 2-3 weeks. We pray that you will help her through this waiting time and hear quickly. We pray that the results will show that there is no cancer. | I feel guilty requesting a prayer, but I am so scared.. This Friday is going to be my second brain surgery in 3 years.. The last surgery was a 4 and a half hour awake surgery to remove a tumor the size of a golf ball and a half. I had just turned 20. I am now 23, finally starting my life over again, after losing 5 languages from the surgery… and BAM! I find out I have surgery AGAIN this Friday, followed by radiation. As much as I’d like to think I’m not scared, as tough as I act.. I’m terrified. And I don’t even know if I’m religious.. But I don’t know where to turn. My father just hung himself, I lost my best friend/Grandmother 3 months ago, I’ve lost 3 friends this past year– I can’t take anymore. I need to be here to take care of my mother. Please, please give me the chance to take care of my mother.. | |
