I had a great job interview at a company I only dreamed about. I know I can do the job but I feel so useless and feel others are better than me deep down. I am waiting to see if I got the job, please pray that I did get it. It is the only thing I want for Christmas this year. Please GOD in your mercy, please give me another sign that I will get that job offer. Please! I have never asked for much but put myself out there to help others in need. Please! Amen!

Dear Jesus,

I pray to you, for someone who knows what’s best for me, who is so honourable. Please bless me with good articulation, knowledge, wisdom and good attitude towards work for my job interview later today. God, please let them find me a good fit and offer me the position as Avp in the usage team. God, please help me so that I will have better career prospects, better income and most importantly better work life balance. This is so that I can contribute to relieve family financial burdens and give my husband a happier family life so that we can plan to have a kid after I get this new job. Dear Jesus,
Please help my partner find his path in life. He has yet another job interview tomorrow and I don’t think he could cope with yet another rejection. Please be with him in his interview tomorrow, hold him in the palm of your hand. I know he’s never experienced your love and is an atheist, but he’s still one of the most ‘Christian’ people I know in terms of his words and deeds. And maybe a positive move in his life might just be the catalyst he needs to realising you do exist. I accept that you will have a plan for him, as you do for all of us, and I really hope this job is part of that. And please help him to understand why You are important to me and that my belief is not something that will push him away from me. It’s all a lot to ask, I know, but if it’s what you have planned, then I’m asking for the right thing! Either way, I know you’re listening, and thanks for always being there, whatever happens.

Hi,

My friend Mary has a job interview at a school in Manchester for a full time reading teacher position Monday at 1 PM. She is in her 50s and has had to work 4 jobs. She is still struggling financially.

Could you pray that the interview goes well, and that she is offered a full-time, good paying teaching job with full benefits, including health coverage. She really needs this. Thanks.
