Lord you know we love you, how we love to worship you and enjoy your presence, and how we study your word and seek you face daily. Yet Lord as we are nearing retirement we find ourselves without any means of income and our resources are just about depleted…. a daunting situation after years of hard work and diligence through many adverse situations.

Lord our needs are not being met and yet our needs are minimal. For 3 years Lord we have incurred more outflow than inflow and have racked up debt while we have waited on you. You have instructed us to wait and we have done so. You have told us this “boot camp” experience would end ‘soon” (AUG 2011 word). We have seen your hand in so many ways yet our finances continue to be squeezed beyond our abilities despite the fact we are careful and prudent.

Lord we are frustrated yet maintain a level of peace but something has to change VERY SOON or we will be homeless. Lord I do not believe that is your will for us so we need to know your specific will or guidance so we can move in it and avert what surely will be a calamity of sorts.

Lord you have never failed us and you are never late so our trust is in your ability and faithfulness not in our own.

So Lord your help is needed and we are making our request known.

Heavenly Father, I come into Your Holy presence in prayer. Lord, I thank You for the blessings You have bestowed on me and my family. Thank You for keeping me in the midst of the storm. Lord I know it was You and only You that is moving this situation. Your blessing are abundant and I am confident that I will have the victory. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

prayer for an angry boss

Please include me in your prayers.My boss is always fuming mad against me because of varying issues, from personal to professional. For the past three years, I have been receiving insults and harsh words, hurled to me in the presence of other people. During those times, I would just whisper the name of Jesus, to make me feel good. But my boss would intrepret it in a different way.

Dear Lord Jesus,

I thankyou for being my lord and saviour – your my king of kings and lord of lords. You are the way, the truth and the life. Lord Jesus, I pray that you can heal me from my eating disorder and addiction to pornography and lying. I break these demonic powers in jesus name. I render them powerless over my body, my mind, my soul and my spirit. Lord, I want to experiene more of your presence and peace. I want to experience a supernatural encounter with you. I break all addictions and curses in jesus name. i wash and cleanse myself in the blood you shed on the cross for me.

In jesus name. I am desperate for a miracle and to be closer to you lord. I miss you and crave the warmth of your presence. I pray AMEN

Lord, I need to feel your presence. I feel so alone and desperate. I know you are always with me but, there are times like now that I really cannot feel you near. I don’t want a lot just a little joy with some peace added. I am counting on you to bring me through. I love you and I know you love me in spite of me. In Jesus’ Name Amen
